The Blessed Virgin Mary
and the Divine Will

All the sublime prerogatives for which the Holy Church honors the Blessed Virgin Mary are nothing other than the effects of that Divine Will which dominated Her.  Let us see how God worked in our Mother to see Her importance in God’s plan for His Divine Will to reign in His Creature.

Mary’s role in the Divine Plan – The New Eve

When Adam and Eve fell from their original state of holiness and justice, they lost possession of the Kingdom of the Divine Will.  But Jesus pronounced the promise for a future Redeemer who would restore the Divine Will in man.

The first Eve listened to the serpent and was disobedient.  The New Eve was perfectly obedient to God’s Will.  She was the Woman from which God would bear the seed, the Word Incarnate, referenced in Genesis 3:15  that along with Her Son, would crush the head of Satan.

Jesus clarifies in the Book of Heaven the significance of the Blessed Virgin Mary as the ‘woman’ when the promise of the future redeemer was made.  He told the deceitful serpent:

‘You have made use of a woman to snatch man from my Divine Will, and I, by means of another woman, who will have in Her power the Power of my Fiat, will knock down your pride, and with Her immaculate foot, She will crush your head.’ (Book of Heaven, Volume 29 – May 19, 1931)

The Virgin Mary is the elect among the elect, ‘blessed among women’, as we recite in the Hail Mary who was called to reestablish the Kingdom of the Divine Will and to be the bearer of Jesus to mankind.

The Immaculate Conception

Because the wall of original sin was so high which created a division between man and God, a Virgin conceived without original sin was needed.  The Holy Trinity chose Mary of Nazareth as this Virgin which was to be His Mother.

The Blessed Virgin Mary never gave life to Her human will

The fact that the Virgin Mary was born without original sin is significant, but the Virgin Mary makes known to us in The Virgin Mary in the Kingdom of the Divine Will how Her whole life was formed in the Kingdom of the Divine Will.  In this book, She gives us the steps God took in Her to possess the Supreme Will.

In Day One, She says this about Her Conception:

“…You must know that I knew my human will only to keep it sacrificed in homage to my Creator.  My life was all of Divine Will; from the first instant of my Conception, I was molded, warmed and placed into Its light, which purified my human seed with Its power, in such a way that I was conceived without original sin.  Therefore, if my Conception was spotless and so glorious as to form the honor of the Divine Family, it was only because the Omnipotent Fiat poured Itself upon my seed, and I was conceived pure and holy…” (The Virgin Mary in the Kingdom of the Divine Will – Day One)

Because She was innocent of all evil and that She lived Her entire life in the Divine Will, She has such power over the Blessed Trinity and seeing the Divine Will in Her, they could not resist Her Maternal love for her children who she desired to follow her example of how to live in the Divine Will.

Her Mandates

The Mandate to place in safety the destiny of mankind – Divine Maternity

Because the Blessed Mother possessed the Divine Will, Her love bound the Holy Trinity and they could not resist Her prayers for Her children.  She felt within Her the Divine Maternity and God entrusted man’s soul to Her.

Jesus adds this:

“…Her Immaculate Conception, was the first and only creature who formed the link of connection between the Creator and the creature, broken by Adam.  She accepted the divine mandate to bind God and men…” (Book of Heaven, Volume 30 – December 8, 1931)

With this Maternity toward God and to all of us, She received the sublime mandate of forming on earth the children of the Kingdom of His Divine Will and to place in safety the destiny of the human family.

She is not content with having only Her children in Heaven, but She wants them to also live on earth in the Kingdom of the Divine Will, as the blessed already do in Heaven.

Peacemaker between God and the human family

We learn from The Virgin Mary in the Kingdom of the Divine Will that remembering the state of fallen humanity, Our Lady grieved and prayed for the Eternal Word to descend to put a remedy to it.

The Holy Trinity felt so moved by Her, the little one, made of Her the Peacemaker between Them and the human family.  Because of the power of the Divine Will that reigned in Her it compelled the Holy Trinity ‘to give a kiss of peace to poor humanity, decayed and unsafe”. (The Virgin Mary in the Kingdom of the Divine – Day Nine)

Mother and Queen of the Divine Will

Therefore, among the many titles that She has, the most beautiful title that could be given to Her is that of ‘Mother and Queen of the Divine Will’.

BOH VOLUME November 16, 24, 1923

Mary, immaculately conceived and chosen from all eternity to be the Holy Mother of God is our Celestial Mother and Queen of the Divine Will.

Since man lost the Divine Will at the fall of Adam, it was this Celestial Creature that understood the story of Divine Will.  She understood the sorrow of the Divine Will and how, by breaking his will from God’s, man had constrained Their Will preventing It from communicating to him Its goods and the purpose for which he had been created.

The Celestial Mother understood this highest sorrow and the great evil of man in withdrawing from God’s Will. She laid down Her life at every instant to keep all creatures safe.  She told the Holy Trinity:

“Highest Majesty, I am here in your arms; dispose of Me in whatever way You want.  I will lay down even my life – and if I had as many lives for as many as are the creatures, I would put them at their disposal and Yours, to bring them, all safe, into your paternal arms.” (The Virgin Mary in the Kingdom of the Divine Will)

Even though She did not know that She was to be the Mother of the Divine Word, She felt within herself “double Maternity”:  Maternity toward God and Maternity toward creatures.  She felt Herself Mother of all.

“…Do you see, then, with what food this most loving Mother nourishes Her children?  It cost Her all Her life, unheard-of pains, the very Life of Her Son, to form within Herself the abundant deposit of this food of my Will, and to keep It ready to nourish all Her children as tender and loving Mother.  She could not love Her children more; by giving them this food, Her love had reached the ultimate degree.  Therefore, among the many titles that She has, the most beautiful title that could be given to Her is that of ‘Mother and Queen of the Divine Will’. (Book of Heaven, Volume 16 – November 24, 1923)

… For Her mission of Divine Maternity, She was enriched with so much grace, that all that belongs to the other creatures, both celestial and terrestrial, united all together, will never be able to equal Her…

Volume 17 – May 1, 1925

Why is She Mother of the Divine Will?

Jesus explains why the Celestial Queen is His true Mother, it is because She possessed the life of the Divine Will.  It was only the Divine Will that could give Her the seed of divine fecundity to make Him conceived in Her womb and make Him Her Son. He tells us that without the Divine Will, She could not have been His Mama.  It is only the Divine Fiat that can give the seed of divine fecundity to make the Creator be conceived in the Creature.

In fact, Jesus tells us that He would not have descended into the Virginal Womb if He had not found His own Will reigning in Her.  The Celestial Sovereign Lady, by possessing the Divine Will, prepared for Jesus His Heaven in Her womb in nothing dissimilar from the Celestial Fatherland.

Why is She Queen?

Mary’s Queenship is first based on her maternal relationship with Jesus. The ancient Hebraic notion of the Queen Mother applies to Mary as Mother of the Messianic King, Jesus Christ.

The Catholic Church reveres the Virgin Mary in many titles, one of the most significant being “Queen.” Mary’s queenship has roots in both Scripture and Tradition and is celebrated on August 22.  In Psalm 45 we read:

“…at your right stands the queen in gold of Ophir.” (Psalm 45:9)

While this Psalm speaks about the bride of the king, the Church Fathers and subsequent tradition saw in it a typological prefiguration of Mary’s Queenship in relation to Christ, the King.

The Annunciation

The Church celebrates the beauty of the “Let it be done to me according to your word” (Luke 1:38) from the Virgin Mary at the Annunciation of the Angel Gabriel.  This is the ‘Fiat Mihi’ of the Blessed Virgin Mary and Jesus tells us that there was such power when the Fiat Mihi of the Virgin met with the Divine Fiat!  Jesus tells us:

“…oh! power of Her Fiat in my Will – as soon as the Divine Fiat met with the Fiat of my Mama, the two became one.  My Fiat raised Her, divinized Her, overshadowed Her, and without human intervention, She conceived Me, Son of God.  Only in my Fiat could She conceive Me; my Fiat communicated to Her the immensity, the infinity, the fecundity, in a divine manner, and this is why the Immense, the Eternal, the Infinite One could be conceived in Her.  As soon as She said ‘Fiat Mihi’, not only did She take possession of Me, but She overshadowed all creatures, all created things together.  She felt all the lives of creatures within Herself, and from that moment She began to act as Mother and Queen of all.  How many portents does this ‘yes’ of my Mama not contain – if I wanted to tell them all, you would never finish hearing them.” (Book of Heaven, Volume 12 – January 10, 1921)

The FIAT of the Blessed Virgin Mary was a response of trusting obedience to God’s call for Her to become the Mother of God. Uncertain of what this all meant, but having lived entirely submitted to God’s Divine Will, she trusted in God’s love and said YES. And so, Humanity and Divinity became one in the son she lovingly bore – our Lord Jesus Christ.

Her Fiat ushered in Redemption for all mankind, and the reign on earth of the Kingdom of the Divine Will itself in the only Begotten Son of God. Her obedience in faith repaired for the disobedience of Eve in Eden, which lost for all humanity life in the Divine Will. Thus, Mary is the new EVE, completely submitted in perfect love to God’s Divine Will, and Queen of the Divine Will.

The Assumption

Jesus also tells us in the Writings that the Feast of the Assumption, which the Church celebrates on August 15th, that the true name of the Feast of the Assumption should have been Feast of the Divine Will.  By always doing the Will God perfectly, and that Her life was Divine Will alone, the Celestial Queen opened the Heavens.

Even though Jesus opened Heaven and many Saints were already in possession of the Celestial Fatherland when the Celestial Queen was assumed into Heaven, Jesus says that His Mother and Queen was the primary cause, having fulfilled the Supreme Will in everything.

Jesus says this about the Queen of Heaven at the Feast of the Assumption:

“…and therefore we waited for She who had honored It so much and contained the true prodigy of the Most Holy Will, to make the first feast for the Supreme Volition.  Oh! how the whole of Heaven magnified, blessed and praised the Eternal Will, upon seeing this sublime Queen enter the Empyreum, in the midst of the Celestial Court, all circumfused by the Eternal Sun of the Supreme Volition!  …  And, astonished, they looked at Her and said to Her:  ‘Ascend, ascend higher.  It is right that She who so much honored the Supreme Fiat, and through whom we find ourselves in the Celestial Fatherland, have the highest throne and be our Queen.’  And the greatest honor that my Mama received, was to see the Divine Will glorified.” Volume 18 – August 15, 1925

…if needed, I will go about for entire centuries until, as Queen, I have formed my people, and as Mother, my children, who may know the Divine Will and let It reign everywhere.

The Virgin Mary In The Kingdom Of The Divine Will, Maternal Appeal

Her Mission

The Queen Mother’s mission is not ended until the Divine Will reigns on earth in the midst of creatures.

“In the end, My Immaculate Heart will Triumph!”

At Fatima, Our Lady told us “In the end, my Immaculate Heart will triumph!”  With these words She implores the Blessed Trinity:

‘Adorable Majesty, look at them, they are all my children.  My victories and my triumphs belong to my children – these are my conquests that I give to them; and if the Mama has won and triumphed, so have Her children won and triumphed.’ (Book of Heaven, Volume 34 – December 20, 1936)

She wants Her children to be like Her and to possess the inheritance of their Mama.  The Divine will reigning in Her children is the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary!!

Therefore, the great Lady is all eyes to look, all Heart to love, to help whomever She sees somehow disposed to wanting to live of Divine Will.

So, in any difficulties, know that our Mother is around us, sustaining us, fortifying us, taking our will into Her maternal hands to let it receive the life of the Supreme Fiat.  All we need to do is ask!

Prayer to the Immaculate Queen Mama
…‘My sweet Jesus, while I am clasped to You, I want to attest to You my love, my gratitude, and everything that the creature has the duty to do, because You have created our Immaculate Queen Mama – the most beautiful, the holiest, and a portent of grace, enriching Her with all gifts, and making Her also our Mother.  And this I do in the name of creatures, past, present and future; I want to seize, in flight, each act of creature – word, thought, heartbeat and step, and in each of them tell You that I love You, I thank You, I bless You, I adore You, for all that You have done for my Celestial Mama and Yours…’
Book of Heaven, Volume 12 – December 18, 1920
